No, just like a normal street market or shopping centre, entrance is free for everyone.
  • I have a disability pass, do I have to pay for parking?
    In Rotterdam, the following applies:
When using disabled parking spaces on the street, parking is free provided your valid disabled parking permit is clearly visible behind the windscreen.
If you park in normal parking spaces, you cannot use a disabled parking permit.
This means you have to pay, even if any disabled parking spaces are occupied. This also applies to wheelchair access vehicles.
Interparking only provides standard paid parking places for everyone. However, we are trying to create sufficient parking spaces which will make it easy for disabled parking permit holders to park (spacious areas close to entrances and exits).
